- 5 carrot (s)
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
- 1 packet glass noodles
- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 large onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bottle sauce (teryaki-)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- Chili powder
- possibly chili sauce, sweet

- Dice the chicken breast. Crush a clove of garlic, mix with teriyaki sauce and soak the meat in it for several hours.
- Grate the carrots and fry them in a pan with oil, stirring for about 30 minutes, until they are brown. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry separately in butter. Sear the meat in a little oil and cut into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain them and cut them several times with kitchen scissors.
- Mix the glass noodles, chicken, carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder and a little teriyaki sauce and possibly chilli sauce.
