Ingredients
- 4 port. Chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 70 ml poultry stock
- 5 tablespoon honey
- 3 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped needles
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- salt

- Finely chop the garlic cloves and chilli pepper.
- Bring the stock to the boil briefly and add the rosemary needles, honey, garlic and chilli and slowly reduce everything to a thick syrup.
- Sear the chicken breasts on both sides in olive oil and clarified butter, then season with salt and remove from the pan.
- Then brush the fillets with the syrup and fry them in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
