Gluten Free Bread in the Oven

Ingredients

  • Corn flour – 250 grams
  • Flaxseed flour – 40 grams
  • Milk whey – 300 Milliliters
  • Yeast – 1 Teaspoon (dry)
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Flaxseed – 1 teaspoon (in the dough, + 1 tablespoon for sprinkling)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. If you are the owner of a bread machine, then the dough can be kneaded in it. Bookmark products according to your instructions. Select the program “Dough”, time 1 hour 04 minutes. If there is no technique, then knead as follows: add salt, sugar, yeast to the heated whey. Mix flaxseed and cornmeal separately, 1 teaspoon. Flaxseed. Combine both parts and add 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil.
  3. The dough will turn out to be a smearing consistency, but it should not stick to your hands. Cover and let sit for 1 hour. After the time has elapsed, stir.
  4. Prepare the form. Brush with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon. Flaxseed.
  5. Lay out the dough. Use a wet hand to smooth over the shape, sprinkle with the remaining flaxseeds on top. Cover with a towel, transfer to a warm place and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
  6. After the time has elapsed, put the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove the finished bread from the oven, remove from the mold and transfer to the board. Refrigerate and let sit for 6 hours, covered with a towel.
