Gluten Free Pancakes

Gluten-free baked goods are very capricious, but these pancakes always come out. The secret is simple – ripe bananas and a spoonful of ground flax. Ready-made pancakes are fluffy, soft and delicious.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 1 Glass
  • Soy flour – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • Flaxseeds – 1.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grind flaxseeds in a coffee grinder, fill with warm water and leave for a couple of minutes.
  3. Cut the banana into slices. Grind all ingredients in a blender.
  4. Leave the dough to stand for 10-15 minutes, it should be thick in consistency.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
