Ingredients

  • 300 g flour mixture, luten-free (Farine from Schär)
  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 g quark
  • 4 egg (s)
  • some turmeric
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together except for the salted water until the dough starts to bubble, then let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, bring the salted water to the boil and use the spaetzle slicer to rub some of the spaetzle dough into the water, if they are floating above, skim off.
  3. Tip: I used the above Flour mixture can produce the best results.
