Gluten Free Vienna Waffles

Ruddy Viennese waffles can be made with rice flour. Pastries will delight not only adults, but also children, especially for breakfast or afternoon tea. Serve it with sweet sauces, berries and fruits.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces (small)
  • Rice flour – 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil – 60 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 2 Pinches
  • Baking powder – 0.25 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients.
  2. Drive the chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt and granulated sugar there. If you wish, you can add vanilla sugar – the waffles will acquire a bright aroma. Whisk the whole mixture at the highest speed of the technique for about 3-4 minutes, until enlarged and whitened.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into the mass and mix. The oil should be odorless.
  4. Stir in the rice flour and baking powder, gently stir them into the egg mass using a silicone spatula – do not beat!
  5. Heat the waffle iron and grease its panels with vegetable oil. Place 1.5-2 tablespoon in the middle of the bottom panel. dough (depending on the width of the panels of your technique), close the technique and bake the waffles for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
