Ingredients
- 3 medium bell pepper (s), red
- 1 pack gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
- 400 g chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream
- 75 g parmesan, rated
- thyme
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink

- Clean the peppers. Chop 2 peppers for the sauce. Chop the garlic and onions into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the chopped peppers, onions and garlic and deglaze with the stock and cream, add thyme to taste. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the remaining pepper into larger strips or pieces. In the meantime, cut the chicken into strips and fry in a pan with oil. Then put in a baking dish. Spread the pepper strips on the meat and finally spread the gnocchi on top.
- Puree the sauce after the cooking time and pass through a sieve according to taste. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sprinkle with thyme (I`ll use dried) and parmesan at the end. Gratinate in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection: 180 ° C) for about 20 minutes.
