Ingredients

  • 600 g nocchi
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 3 small spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • some butter
  • 350 g mixed veetables (peas, carrots, broccoli) frozen
  • 1 small bunch chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, instant
  • 125 ml water
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • some salt and pepper
  • cheese, grated, (Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions, wash them thoroughly and chop them very finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Now heat some butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions with the garlic while stirring. Now add the ham and fry very briefly, then add the gnocchi. Sauté the thawed vegetables and half of the chives and add the stock, dissolved in 125 ml of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Finally add the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 10-20 minutes until the cheese is colored.
