Ingredients

  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 packet tomatoes, happened
  • 1 can tuna
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 g nocchi, fresh
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. First clean the shallot and dice it into small pieces.
  2. Then fry the shallot cubes in a little oil (if you have bought tuna in oil, you can use the canned oil here!) In a large pan, then add the halved or quartered cocktail tomatoes and sauté a little. Deglaze with the tomatoes and add the tuna at once. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the gnocchi to the sauce and let it get hot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with freshly grated parmesan.
