Fry the minced meat in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and add. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables. Add to the minced meat with the drained corn, cook for approx. 5 minutes. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and the cream, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Fry the gnocchi in a second pan until crispy. Fold into the minced vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
