Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml broth
  • 50 ml milk
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry until it turns brown and crumbly. Salt and pepper lightly. Now add half of the tomato paste and roast briefly. Pour in the broth and stir in the cream-milk mixture. Bring to the boil briefly. Mix the rest of the tomato paste with the sauce and add the herbs and spices. The sauce should now simmer for at least half an hour.
  2. During this time you can cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Finally stir the butter into the sauce and season again to taste.
  4. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish, spread the vegetables over it, pour the sauce over everything and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
