Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet tomato (s), chunky
  • 1 teaspoon broth, instant
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • some honey
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add tomatoes and 125 ml of water. Add the granulated stock and thyme and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over it. Bake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 ° C. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, cut off the goat cream cheese with a spoon as a cam and spread on the casserole.
  3. Drizzle with honey before serving.
