Ingredients

  • 600 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed or chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 200 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 200 ml cream
  • lemon juice
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to taste and package instructions or fry until golden.
  2. Briefly fry the garlic and chilli flakes in a little oil - be careful with the chilli, otherwise it will get very hot very quickly! Add the peas and spinach leaves and let thaw.
  3. Pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix the gnocchi with the sauce and serve.
