Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bag gnocchi, fresh
  • 1 packet frozen spinach (creamed spinach)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Let the gnocchi soak in salted water for 2 - 3 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cut the onions into cubes and fry them with the minced meat in the oil, add the gnocchi and stew them together briefly. Stir in the thawed spinach and season with a pinch of pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste.
  3. It`s delicious, goes very quickly and is really filling.
