Ingredients

  • 350 ml red wine
  • 100 g cane suar
  • 3 star anise
  • 8 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 150 g rapes, red
  • some salt and pepper
  • 200 g oat cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • possibly herbs, your choice

Instructions

  1. Divide the goat cheese into 12 portions and form balls. Roll the balls in the almonds until they are covered. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for approx. 30 - 60 minutes.
  2. Warm the wine, dissolve the sugar in it, add the spices and let it boil down for approx. 20 minutes. Add the grapes and heat for about 7 minutes.
  3. Distribute the grapes and red wine syrup evenly on four plates. Place 3 cheese balls on top of each. If you like, you can decorate with herbs.
  4. Baguette or ciabatta goes well with it.
