Ingredients

  • 275 g puff pastry (refrierated shelf)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 bunch wild garlic
  • 200 g oat cheese (roll)
  • 170 ml cream
  • 2 egg (s), size L
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Line a tart pan with the puff pastry on baking paper.
  2. Dice tomatoes and ham and cut the wild garlic into fine strips. Mix everything and distribute on the dough. Cut the goat cheese into thin slices and place evenly on the filling.
  3. Prepare a topping with the eggs, the cream, the spices and the finely chopped chives and pour over the filling.
  4. Bake in a hot oven for approx. 35 - 45 minutes at 180 ° C. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil so that the wild garlic does not burn.
