Ingredients

  • 150 ml oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml rice vinegar
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, white
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, Japanese, normal if necessary

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onion and the clove of garlic. Then whisk all the ingredients together with the stirring stick until creamy.
  2. Be careful with sesame oil as it is very flavorful. It is better to use a little less, season to taste and add more if necessary.
  3. The dressing goes great as a salad dressing with fresh bean sprouts or Chinese cabbage.
  4. Use sparingly!
