- 1 small Piece (s) orange peel
- 0.25 liter ¼ elderberry juice, preferably homemade
- 2 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed

- Put the cloves, anise and orange peel in a tea filter, tea bag or spice bag, tie and heat in a saucepan with the elderberry juice and orange juice (do not boil). Then let it steep for about 5 minutes and then remove the spices. Drink the punch before bed.
