Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into pieces of the same size.
  2. Fry the goulash on all sides in a little butter or oil. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté briefly. Mix the tomato paste well with the meat and vegetables in the saucepan. Deglaze with the water and season with salt, pepper, broth powder, paprika powder, rosenschraf and chilli. Cover with a lid and let simmer for about 1.5-2 hours.
  3. Add the beans and let them get hot. Then season again to taste.
  4. Serve with rice, potatoes, bread or pasta.
