Ingredients
- 750 g jacket potato (s)
- 1 pack ham, diced
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 apple, more sour
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s) or paprika
- 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
- 1 packet herbs - 8-herb mix, frozen
- 2 cups cream
- pepper
- salt
- Garlic powder

- Cut the jacket potatoes into slices, add the crispy fried ham cubes
- Cut the onion, cucumber, carrots, apple, tomato and sausage into cubes. Add to the potatoes and mix everything together. Mix the cream with the herbs and spices and pour over the salad for 1-2 hours
