- 500 ml milk
- 125 g rice puddin
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 egg (s), separated
- sugar
- cinnamon
- applesauce

- Bring the milk with the rice and a pinch of salt to the boil, stirring constantly, and then cook over a low flame until the rice is soft.
- In the meantime, beat the egg whites into egg whites.
- First fold in the egg yolk and then the egg white under the finished rice pudding.
- Serve with sugar, cinnamon and applesauce.
