Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 5 egg (s), separated
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For the cream:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 small can mandarine (s)
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow. Mix the sugar, egg yolks and 5 tablespoons of water for a long time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly add the mixture. Fold in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper and bake at 170 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes, take out of the oven and let cool down.
  2. In the meantime, the cream is being prepared. Mix the quark, sour cream and sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Cut the cooled cake base into small cubes and mix with the quark mixture. Finally add the mandarins.
  4. Now shape the mixture into small balls, roll them in desiccated coconut, place in small paper cases and chill.
