- ml 1,100 grape juice, e.g. from the steam extractor
- 100 ml amaretto
- 1 packet preserving sugar, 3:
- 1 packet citric acid

- Cook the grape juice in a saucepan with amaretto, citric acid and preserving sugar according to the instructions. Make a gelling test by pouring some hot jelly onto a saucer with a teaspoon. The jelly must set in a very short time. If this is the case, pour into glasses and turn them upside down.
- The jelly has a slight almond flavor.
