Grated Potato Tartlets

An original way of serving both hot and cold snacks.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 200 g
  • Quail eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating molds) – 0.25 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel and coarsely grate potatoes.
  2. Add eggs, salt.
  3. Grease silicone molds with oil.
  4. Squeeze a handful of potatoes and arrange them in forms in the form of a nest.
  5. Bake the tartlets for 25 minutes at 220 degrees.
  6. Chill potato tartlets in tins.
  7. Best served in potato tartlets, fish or cheese snacks.
