  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon roux, classic, light
  • 1 pack dumplings (mini dumplings) or roll yourself with potato dumpling dough from Hengelein
  • Diced ham

Instructions

  1. Drain the thawed spinach leaves, season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring the milk to the boil, add the processed cheese and stir until smooth. Stir in roux and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the spinach in the baking dish and spread the dumplings on top.
  4. If you like, you can now add diced ham on top, then pour the cheese sauce evenly over it and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection oven 175 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
