Ingredients

  • 2 fillet (s) turkey, 450 g each, alternatively also chicken breast fillets
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g cream cheese, with herbs (cream level 16% fat)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Grow turkey fillets / chicken breast fillets, pat dry and season with salt & pepper. Heat the oil, fry the meat in it for approx. 10 minutes over a medium heat. Take out, let cool.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, salt, pepper, Gouda cheese, egg and breadcrumbs together. Wash and finely chop the herbs, stir into the cheese.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on the turkey fillets. Baked in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the meat out of the oven, let it rest a little, cut into slices, serve.
  5. Caramelized carrots, potato croquettes and hollandaise sauce go well with it.
