Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg zucchini
  • 5 pairs sausages
  • 2 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • liter ⅛ broth
  • 1 tablespoon spice (s), Greek or gyros spice
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the sliced sausages in a little olive oil in a pan, then add the zucchini (approx. 0.5 cm), also sliced, and the onion rings.
  2. Let everything brown lightly and add the broth. Let it simmer over a low heat until the zucchini begin to turn translucent. Remove the pan from the plate, season with the Greek seasoning and add the diced sheep`s cheese. When it has melted, stir briefly and serve with rice or fresh farmer`s bread.
  3. Good Appetite!
  4. This recipe was created out of necessity with ingredients that were just at hand. Since then it has been our favorite among courgette dishes!
