Ingredients

  • 800 g beans (princess)
  • 150 g tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil, dice into small pieces
  • 100 g sheep cheese, dice into small cubes
  • 50 g olives, black. without stone, dice small

For the dressing:

  • 2 medium shallot (s), finely dice
  • 2 medium clove (s) garlic, peeled and dice
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain, rinse and drain.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well, pour over the cooled beans and let steep for at least 3 hours. Then mix with the sheep`s cheese, olives and tomatoes and serve.
