- 2 pear (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 ml apple juice
- 20 g cornstarch
- 1 cup natural yoghurt, 50 g
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces. Mix the fruit cubes with lemon and apple juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch in a little water, pour into the boiling mass and bring to the boil again.
- Pour the groats into a glass bowl or serving bowls and let cool.
- Mix the yoghurt with the vanilla sugar and serve with the well-chilled groats.
