Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • Cardamom, 3 green capsules it
  • 2 carnation (s)
  • 6 pepper - grains, whole
  • 6 teaspoons sugar, more if necessary
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 3 teaspoons green tea (e.g. Gunpowder)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the spices to the boil and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. Add milk and sugar and briefly bring to the boil again. Then take it off the fire. Add tea and let steep for 4-5 minutes. The water must no longer boil, otherwise the tea will become bitter. Then pour through a sieve into a preheated jug and serve.
