Ingredients
- 250 g sausae (sausae)
- 250 g ribbon pasta, reen
- 200 g cream, sweet
- 4 carrot (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta. Shape the sausage meat into balls and fry in an uncoated pan.
- Cut the carrots into slices and fry them briefly. Deglaze with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Press the garlic clove and add.
- Add the pasta and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the chives rolls before serving.
