Green Pepper in Oil

One Georgian trader at the market told me how to cook green peppers in oil. For a long time I did not dare to try this recipe, but in one season of the summer cottage I decided that it was worth the risk.

Directions

Rinse the pepper, let it dry slightly. Trim the ponytails and cut the tips of the peppercorns.
Chop the herbs and garlic with a knife.
Combine oil, vinegar, salt and sugar in a saucepan and boil.
When the salt and sugar have dissolved, add pepper in portions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Do this with all the pepper.
Transfer the finished pepper to a bowl.
Add herbs and garlic to the marinade where the pepper was cooked. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
When the greens are ready, add the pepper to it and stir. Arrange hot peppers tightly in sterile jars, fill with the rest of the marinade and close the lids.
