Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers, green
  • 3 medium tomato (s), firm, ripe, peeled and pitted

For the vinaigrette:

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 60 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and grill with the cut surface facing down until the skin becomes blistered and black. Let cool, peel and cut into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Cut tomatoes into 2 cm pieces. Mix the peppers and tomatoes.
  3. To prepare the vinaigrette: stir together vinegar, pepper, sugar, garlic and olive oil.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and let it steep for 10 minutes so that the flavors can unfold.
