- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 small lemon (s)
- 1 grapefruit (s), pink
- 4 leaves lettuce (lettuce)
- agave syrup
- water

- Remove the pulp of the avocado from the skin with a spoon and place in a blender. Peel the grapefruit and put it in the blender without being filleted. Add the juice and pulp of the lemon and the washed lettuce leaves.
- Then fill the mixer up to the 1 liter mark with water and mix on the highest level for 2 minutes. If that`s too sour for you, you can add some agave syrup and mix again briefly.
- Tip: I recommend saving some of this green smoothie and serving it as a sauce over pieces of pineapple as a dessert.
