Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 0.3 cucumber (s)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 2 handfuls lettuce, spinach, chard or similar fresh, or frozen spinach, frozen kale or similar (then a small cup full)
- 1 piece (s) ginger
- 3 sage leaves
- water, cold

- Apples, wash, core and roughly chop. Wash, peel and roughly chop the cucumber (organic products do not have to be peeled). Squeeze lemon juice. If fresh lettuce, spinach or similar is used, wash it. Peel and roughly chop the ginger (organic products do not have to be peeled).
- Put all ingredients in the blender, fill in cold water as desired and puree finely. Finished.
- The smoothie can be sweetened with honey or agave syrup. Even more fruit can be used.
