Ingredients

  • 4 stalks celery, washed and sliced
  • 6 leaves kale, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 carrots, washed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • spice (s), e.g., base spice, lemon pepper and cumin
  • 4 potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a high pan and add the vegetables. Switch back to medium heat and add the spices. Now with the lid closed, steam the vegetables al dente, for me it was about 10 minutes. Don`t forget to stir.
  3. Serve everything with the potatoes and enjoy!
