Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream ( X 150 g)
  • 6 spring onion (s)
  • 6 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 8 rolls (hamburger buns)

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into beautiful rings and place in ice water. Slice tomatoes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onions. Record 50% of the green
  2. Mix well the ground beef, spring onions, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Form flat burgers from the minced meat mixture. It is best to make balls first and then press them flat on a cutting board. The meat should be as thin as possible.
  3. Mix the mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup together. That is the later sauce.
  4. Put the onions, tomatoes and the sauce on the dining table.
  5. Let the meat brown on both sides on the grill. Just before the end of the grill, put the rolls on the grill. Then the rolls will be nice and crispy. Very delicious.
  6. When everything is ready, the guests can make their own burger.
