Grilled Sandwiches

Ham, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese sandwiches are grilled and served hot.

Servings: 4

Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Ham (cut into thin slices) – 60 g
  • Fontina cheese – 4 slices
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 50 g
  • White toast bread – 8 slices
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Basil, fresh leaves – 8 pcs.
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Switch on the press grill for preheating.
  2. Fry the ham in a pan until brown on all sides. Transfer the roasted ham slices to a paper towel.
  3. Sprinkle 4 slices of bread with black pepper, top with ham, cheese, tomatoes and basil, cover with the remaining slices of bread. Grease the sandwiches on both sides with olive oil and place on a press grill, cover and grill the sandwiches for a couple of minutes.
  4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve the sandwiches right away.
