Grilled Shrimps

You always want to spend Valentine’s Day together with your beloved. How to make it truly romantic and unforgettable? You can go to a restaurant, or you can stay at home and cook a special dinner, putting all the energy of your love into it.
We advise you not to forget about the special “love” products “- aphrodisiacs. What it is? Just foods that stimulate love desire.
Aphrodisiacs of plant and animal origin are distinguished. Aphrodisiacs of animal origin are mainly seafood (especially caviar, shrimp, mussels, and oysters).

Ingredients

  • 5-6 tiger prawns
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • garlic oil gr. twenty
  • white wine 15-20 gr. (can be added a little to fruits)
  • Teriyaki sauce gr. 15
  • butter 20 gr.
  • sugar to taste (approx. 10-15 gr.)
  • some green salad leaves
  • 1-2 pcs. cherry

Directions

  1. Defrost shrimps, peel, string them on skewers.
  2. You can grill shrimp, or you can heat the garlic oil in a pan (add chopped garlic to the oil), put the prepared shrimps, pour over them with white wine and add Teriyaki sauce (very tasty sauce).
  3. Fry quickly.
  4. Free the mango from the peel and pits, cut into slices.
  5. Peel the grapefruit, divide it into segments, remove the films.
  6. Lightly fry the mango and grapefruit in butter, sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Wash green lettuce leaves (you can take a mix of salads), pick them with your hands, add halves of cherry tomatoes and mix with fruits and the sauce resulting from frying.
  8. Put salad and shrimps on a plate.
