Ingredients

  • 3 avocado (s), ripe
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander greens, (chopped)
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • Cress, fresh

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, core them and press them through a sieve (please only use really ripe avocados). Peel and dice the onion, peel off the cloves of garlic and press through a garlic press, peel, core and dice beef tomatoes, core the chilli peppers (!).
  2. Add a few drops of lime juice (this ensures that the color of the avocados stays nice and strong green)
  3. Put everything together in a bowl and chop up with a hand blender. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  4. Decorate with cress et Voilá! Bon Appetit!
  5. Guacamole is served either classically with corn chips, on toast or on bagels.
