Guacamole with Garlic

Popular Mexican tastes more savory when cooked with garlic. Guacamole is traditionally served with croutons, tacos, toasted slices of bread immediately after making.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 2-3 Pieces (small)
  • Onion – 1 Piece (small)
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Salt – 3 Pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Bitter red pepper – 2 Pinches
  • Dill – 0.25 Bunch

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients.
  2. Wash the tomatoes in water, cut out the green cores and cut into cubes, slices.
  3. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse in water. Cut the onion into small cubes, and press the garlic through a special device.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel. Cut the pulp into cubes.
  5. Add salt, ground black pepper and unscented vegetable oil.
  6. Put the whole mixture into the bowl of a chopper or blender. Add hot pepper. You can replace it with ground paprika.
  7. Put the prepared sauce in a bowl or bowl, decorate to your liking and serve.
