Guacamole with Tomatoes

The most famous Mexican sauce is made in minutes, and you can substitute lemon for lime. Guacamole is immediately served with corn chips, tortilla and other baked goods.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 Piece
  • Cherry tomatoes – 3-4 Pieces
  • Red onion – 0.5 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 3 Pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Tomatoes can be used large pink, red. The main thing is meaty varieties, not juicy ones.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the peel and bone. Cut the pulp into cubes and pour into a deep container.
  3. Peel the red onion, rinse in water and cut half of the fruit into the same cubes as the avocado, add to the container.
  4. Wash the cherry tomatoes in water and cut them into cubes. If you are cooking guacamole with large tomatoes, cut the cores out of them.
  5. Salt and pepper the dish, add lemon juice and vegetable oil: corn, olive or sunflower.
  6. Gently mix the contents of the container with a fork, using slight pressure, puréeing half of the avocado.
  7. Place the sauce in a bowl or bowl, garnish and serve immediately.
