  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 300 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Couverture, or powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the sour cream and continue beating for about 2 minutes (longer than too little).
  2. Then stir in the flour with the baking powder until a fluffy dough is formed. Put the dough in a Gugelhup pan (or loaf pan) and bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. May take longer, depending on the oven.
  3. After cooling, sprinkle with couverture or powdered sugar.
