Ingredients
- 1 packet pizza dough
- 1 bottle sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 500 g pork, shredded, seasoned (yros)
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche with herbs

- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Spread the barbecue sauce on the pizza dough. Fry the gyros meat in oil, add the mushrooms and fry them, spread both on the pizza dough. Sprinkle cheese on top and put the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings, cut the garlic clove into small pieces or press through and mix both with the herb sour cream.
- Spread over the pizza after baking and serve immediately.
