Ingredients
- 16 slices pork, back, cut into very thin
- 16 piece (s) sheep cheese, small
- 1 onion (s), quarter lengthways and take apart
- some oil
- Seasoning (s) for gyros
- possibly salt and pepper

- Place a piece of sheep`s cheese on a slice of pork loin, season and roll up.
- Brush with oil and season a little if necessary. Place four rolls alternately with the onion pieces on a wooden skewer. Grill on both sides for about 10 minutes on the grill or in a pan.
- Garlic bread or salad goes well with it.
