Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon broth
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 0.5 ½ bun, hard one
- 3 bell peppers, best in red, green and yellow
- 125 g feta cheese

- And this is how it is done:
- Chop or press the garlic, soak the rolls in lukewarm water, let them steep a little and then squeeze out with your hands and mix everything together. Except for the peppers and diced feta!
- The peppers are cleaned, pitted and quartered and set aside for the time being, like the feta!
- Put the rest of the mixture in a greased casserole dish and layer it, i.e. place the quartered peppers in between, then mince again, etc.
- Finally, pour the feta over the top and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake on the middle rack for about 30-45 minutes, keep an eye on it in between and if you like, but not absolutely necessary, you can pour a brunch sauce (half a packet of herbal brunch mixed with milk until creamy) on top.
- This goes well with mashed potatoes or rice.
