  • 2 small fish (hake)
  • 400 g beans, reen
  • 100 g cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • some stalks savory
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter, soft

Instructions

  1. Clean the green beans and cut them into pieces of the same size. Blanch in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped savory and a little of the finely chopped parsley and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Then clean the fish (should be a fish with a good taste of its own), rub salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Drain the blanched green beans, mix with the savory cream cheese and spread in a gratin dish that has been greased with butter. Mix the rest of the chopped parsley with the breadcrumbs and the soft butter until you have a loose mass. Put the fish on the beans. Spread the breadcrumbs and parsley mixture on the fish and beans.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Possibly switch on the grill in the last 5 minutes. The duration of the cooking time depends on the size of the fish, or on whether it is whole fish or fillets. We had whole hake and they took a good 30 minutes.
