Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 8 slices cooked ham, (ham)
  • 1 package cheese, grated, (Emmentaler)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 packs tomato (s), happened
  • 2 tubes / n tomato paste
  • 2 cups sour cream, cream or crème fraîche (depending on taste)

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in a saucepan and sear the finely chopped onions until they are translucent, season a little with pepper and garlic. Then pour in the tomato paste and rinse the packets with a little water and pour that into the pot. Then thicken with the tomato paste. Season to taste with the spices. Now add the two cups of sour cream (or cream or crème fraîche) to the sauce and stir in with a whisk (I personally use sour cream) then season again and season again if necessary. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring, remove from the hob and let rest.
  2. Now mix the minced meat with half the package of cheese and season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Then spread out the individual ham slices and spread the minced meat and cheese mixture on top with a tablespoon and roll up. Then place the rolls in a baking dish and make sure that you leave some space between the individual rolls. Shape the rest of the minced meat and cheese mixture into small balls and add to the sauce. Then bring the sauce to the boil again.
  3. Now pour the sauce over the rolls into the baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and gratin the whole thing at 200 ° C in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. We usually have wide ribbon noodles as a side dish.
