Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- Salt water
- 250 g cooked ham
- 2 zucchini
- 1 cup cream
- 500 ml broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, wash the zucchini, cut into small pieces and sauté briefly in the butter. Pour in the broth and cook until soft.
- Dice the boiled ham.
- When the zucchini is soft, puree it and season with cream, the crème fraîche and salt and pepper.
- Fry the ham, mix in the pasta and the zucchini cream. Arrange and serve on plates.
