Hamburger with Mushrooms and Peppers

Grilled hamburgers are tastier than regular hamburgers cooked in a pan. For such a hamburger, you need to fry mushrooms and peppers, serve with cheese and salad.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic (chopped) – 3 heads
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Large red sweet pepper (peeled and cut into 4 parts) – 1 pc.
  • Large champignons (only caps) – 8 pcs.
  • Grilling vegetable oil
  • Hamburger bun – 4 pcs.
  • Goat cheese (cut into 4 equal pieces) – 150 g
  • Lettuce for garnish

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, 1 teaspoon. salt and 1/4 teaspoon. pepper. Put pepper and mushrooms in this mixture, mix well. Keep in this marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Preheat grill, brush with oil. Place the peppers on the grill, cut up, and fry for about 10 minutes uncovered. Remove from grill. Remove the film from chilled peppers. Place mushrooms on the grill, cover, and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Put 1 piece of pepper and 2 mushrooms on each bun, cheese, and salad on top. Serve immediately.
